RUSHLIST / TERMS
Terms of Use
The practical details behind your everyday lists: how RushList works, what sharing means, and how subscriptions are managed.
Last updated:
The short version. RushList is a subscription-based task app. Tasks expire after 24 hours by default; you can choose custom timing or no expiration. Shared lists are optional and need Sign in with Apple. Keep important information backed up, and share invitations thoughtfully.
The app's license is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate applicable license is supplied. These terms explain the RushList service and do not replace mandatory consumer rights.
1. Provider and scope
RushList is provided by:

Appventurer

Contact info@rushlistapp.com for questions or support. These terms cover the RushList app, website, invitations, and optional shared-list service. Apple's applicable App Store terms and Standard EULA also govern downloads, app licensing, and purchases. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling.
2. Using RushList
RushList helps you organize tasks, shopping, and other everyday items. Features include expiration settings, reminders, history, progress statistics, and optional shared lists. Features and availability can vary by version, device, permissions, connectivity, and subscription status.
Use RushList lawfully and respect other people's content and privacy. Do not attempt unauthorized access, share invitations to lists you are not entitled to share, interfere with the service, or submit abusive or unlawful content. You retain your rights in the content you enter; you allow the service to store, transmit, and display it as needed to provide the features you choose.
Shopping store order and recognition. Shopping items default to a typical supermarket section order beginning with fruit and vegetables. A–Z and Z–A sorting remain available. Actual layouts vary by store, and automatic recognition can misread wording, brands, or languages. You can correct an item's section manually. This feature is an organizational aid and does not provide allergy, dietary, medical, or product-safety advice.
RushList downloads reusable product/category entries from Supabase for local use. If you allow cloud shopping recognition, unfamiliar shopping text and language may be processed through Supabase and OpenAI, including for private-list shopping items. Generic results are reused in a shared catalog; personal corrections remain separate. You can decline or turn off cloud recognition in your profile and continue using local and downloaded categories. See the Privacy Policy for the information sent, consent choices, and retention. Network operations run asynchronously; background execution depends on iOS, and queued work may resume when you reopen the app.
RushList uses anonymous usage analytics to improve the app. You can turn usage sharing off in Profile independently of AI shopping recognition. See the Privacy Policy for the events, provider, and choices involved.
Usage analytics can include observed subscription amounts, currency, plan, trials and reported refund adjustments. These estimates support product improvement; official Apple financial reporting remains authoritative.
3. Expiration, history, and backups
Items use a 24-hour expiration window by default. You can enable custom expiration times or turn expiration off in settings. Completed or expired items can move to history rather than remain on the active list. Timers, reminders, and synchronization depend on device and operating-system behavior; they are not guaranteed alarms for critical events.
RushList is designed for everyday planning. Do not rely on it as the only record of important information or for emergency, medical, or other safety-critical reminders. Maintain independent copies of information you need to keep. Deleting content or changing device, backup, or sync settings may make information unavailable; restoration is not guaranteed.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
An active subscription is required to use RushList's app features. Available products, prices, billing periods, and any trial eligibility are displayed in the app before purchase. Payment is handled through your Apple Account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple Account. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription or trial period. Any trial shown is subject to the eligibility and conditions displayed by Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple's subscription settings and use Restore Purchases in the app to check eligible purchases.
Removing the app, clearing its data, or requesting account deletion does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple under its applicable terms and any mandatory rights. For help, see Apple's subscription cancellation guidance or request a refund from Apple. Access to subscription features may end when your entitlement ends.
6. Removing data or ending use
You can stop using the app and manage or cancel your subscription through Apple. The current in-app Delete Account control clears local task/history records and saved sign-in information. It does not itself guarantee removal of remote account records, shared content, backups, or copies retained by other list members.
Contact info@rushlistapp.com for server-side account and data deletion requests. The Privacy Policy describes the process and relevant retention limits. We may restrict account-backed access where necessary to address abuse, protect the service, or comply with law, taking applicable notice and consumer requirements into account.
7. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep RushList useful and available, but device problems, updates, maintenance, connectivity, and third-party services can interrupt features or delay changes. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that the app will meet every workflow. We may change features as the app develops, subject to applicable subscription and consumer obligations.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence where protected by law, injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protections. Any limitation permitted by applicable law is subject to those rights. These terms do not remove rights to remedies, refunds, or withdrawal that apply to you by law.
8. Updates to these terms
The date above identifies the current version. We may revise these terms to reflect changes to features, service arrangements, or legal requirements. We will provide notice of material changes and seek acceptance where required; posting a change does not waive your statutory rights or make it retroactively applicable to completed purchases.
9. Contact
For questions about RushList, subscriptions, or these terms, email info@rushlistapp.com. For billing or refund decisions, Apple may need to handle your request directly. Your applicable local consumer rights and the governing-law protections in the applicable app license remain in place.
