Daily routine list for iPhone
RushList keeps your day moving with focused 24-hour tasks, quick categories, reminders, history, progress stats, and optional shared lists.
Built for momentum
Add what matters today. Tasks are sorted by deadline and built around a daily action cycle.
Keep tasks, shopping, and everything else separated with quick filters and default category settings.
Completed and expired items move into history, with statistics that show streaks and category progress.
Use notifications to stay on track, and create optional shared lists when a private list is not enough.
Why RushList
RushList is for daily routines, errands, and short-lived tasks. Add an item, choose a category, finish it, or let it expire. If you need more control, enable custom expiration times or turn expiration off in settings.
The app supports Sign in with Apple for account features, iCloud sync for compatible Apple devices, in-app feedback, subscriptions managed by Apple, and account deletion controls from the profile screen.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
RushList stores the information you add to the app, including tasks, categories, deadlines, completion status, history, settings, and app statistics. If you use shared lists, RushList may process shared list names, invite codes, membership details, and related account identifiers needed to run that feature.
Private list data is stored on your device with Apple's local storage systems and may sync through iCloud on compatible devices using your Apple ID settings. Optional shared list features require network services so invited members can access the same list.
RushList uses Sign in with Apple for account-backed features. Push notifications are used only when you enable reminders. Feedback you submit is used to improve the app. Subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple's App Store systems.
You can disable notifications in app settings or iOS settings, manage iCloud sync from your Apple device settings, delete local app data from the app, and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
